- ننقع الحمص لمده 3 ساعات او اكتر.
- على النار ناتي بحله مليانه ماء و نضع فيها الحمص الى ان ينضج.
- ثم نضع عصير الطماطم و الفلفل و الكمون و الملح و يغلي لمده ربع ساعه و نطفي عليه.
- ملحوظه نضع الطماطم و الملح و الفلفل الاسمر و الكاون على ميه السلق اللي فيها حمص مش نرمي ميه السلق و نحط غيرها.
- للدقه نضع الثوم و الخل و الماء و الفلفل الاسمر و الليمون و الملح و الكمون و نخلطهم في الخلاط لمده 2 دقيقه.
- للشطه نضع الشطه على الماء و نخلطهم مع بعض.
- لتقديم الحمص نضع معلقه دقه مع نص عصير ليمونه و نحط الحمص بالماء عليه (شطه على حسب الرغبه).
- يقدم ساخن.
