  1. تسلق صدور الدجاج مع اضافة مكعب ماجي، عندما ينضج الدجاج يصفى من المرقة ويقطع الدجاج الى مكعبات..
  2. تسلق المكرونة بمرقة الدجاج ثم تصفى..
  3. يوضع البصل الاخضر في قدر مع القليل من الزيت ثم يضاف الفلفل الرومي ثم قطع الدجاج، البهارات، الملح ومكعب الماجي ويقلب الجميع..
  4. تضاف القشدة إلى قدر البصل وتترك على النار حتى تبدأ بالغليان ثم توضع الذرة..
  5. توضع المكرونة فوق الخليط مع التقليب الخفيف، تسكب المكرونة في صينيه بايركس، توزع الجبنة على الوجه وتوضع في الفرن الى ان تذوب الجبنة..
