  3. نحضر اللحم نسخن زيت في القدر او تسمى الطنجرة ملعقتين ونضع اللحم ونقلب ونضع البصل ونقلبها دقيقتين ونضع ماء واالهيل والفلفل والزنجبيل والفليفلة وعود القرفة وتغطى وتترك حتى تستوي.
  4. نأتي با قدر نسخن باقي زيت النباتي ونضع نصف كمية الملوخية وتقلب وتترك دقيقتين على نار هادئه ونضع الكميه الثانيه ونقلبها وتترك دقيقتين.
  5. نصفي مرق اللحم ونضع فوق الملوخية وتضرب با الخلاط ثم نضع فوقها اللحم وعصير الليمون والملح وتترك 15دقيقة.
  6. نسخن زيت الزيتون ونقلي الثوم ليزهر لونه ونضعه فوق الملوخية ونضع الكزبرة ونطفئ النار.
  7. تقدم بجانب الأرز الأبيض وهنا وعافية.
