- في وعاء نضع كريمة الشانتيي وكأس حليب والكاكاو نطلعهم بالباتور حتى تصبح رغوة كثيفة.
- ناخد الكيكة نقسمها على اثنين ثم نسقي النصف الأول بالشاربات نطلي الكريمة ثم نضع النصف الثاني ونسقيه بالشاربات من بعد نطلي كامل الكيكة.
- ناخد الكاوكاو ونزين الاطراف نذوب الشوكولا السوداء في حمام مائي ونضيف لها علبة الياغورت ونخلط جيدا ونسكبه فوق الكيكة والتزيين يبقى على حسب كل واحدة.
