- نضيف خليط الكاكاو والفرينة على دفعتين ونخلط من فوق الى تحت ثم نفرغ الخليط في صينية مفروشة بورق الزبدة (قياس صينية 40/30) وندخلها فرن مدة 20 دقيقة.
- نحضر الشاربات سكر وماء بغلو ربع ساعة ثم نطفي النار ونضيف عطر بخاليني.
- كاس شانتيي مع كاس الا ربع حليب بارد وعطر براليني نخفق جيداً حتى تتضاعف وتتماسك(نفس الشيء مع موس شوكولاته كاس حليب بارد ونخفق جيداً).
- نقطع الجينواز حسب الرغبة نضع طبقة جينواز نسقيها بالسيرو ثم نضيف على الحواف كريمة شانتيي وفي وسط موس شوكولاته وقليل من الجوز (موضح في الصورة).
- نواصل نفس الطريقة حتى انتهاء طبقات جينواز ثم نغلف الكيكة بكريمة شانتيي وندخلها الثلاجة تتماسك.
- نخرجها من الثلاجة ويبقى التزيين اختياري.
