  3. الزيت اللي حمرنا فيه البصل بناخد منه ونحطه في حلة ونحط الشعرية ونقلبها لحد مايتحمص وبعدين نحط الارز ونقلب وبعدين نصفي العدس ونقلب ونحط مية العدس اللي اتسلق فيه ولو احتاج مية بنزود مااحتاجش خلاص ونقلب وبعدين نحط معلقة صغيرة مليانة ونص من البهارات اللي قلبناها مع بعض واول مايغلي نوطي عليه ونسيبه لحد مايستوي.
  4. في حلة بنحط شوية من زيت اللي حمرنا فيه البصل ونقلب فيه المكرونة المسلوقة وعليها شوية بهارات من اللي قلبناها مع بعض... في حلة بنحط زيت من اللي حمرنا فيه البصل ونحط التوم ونقلب وبعدين الصلصة وشوية مية والخل ومعلقة صغيرة من البهارات وملح واول ماتغلي نوطي عليها ونسيبها لحد ماتتسبك...
