- في الطابي نضع قليل من الزيت والسمن ونضع الثوم المفروم مجرد تطلع ريحته نضع البهارات المذكوره ونقلبه في نفس الوقت تكون الملوخيه سخنت نسكب عليها الثوم ونقلبها جيدا ونتكرها على نار هادئه ونحاسب انها ما تفور مجرد غلوة مثل الحليب ثم نسكربها في طبق التقديم.
