- اولا نقوم بوضع الدقيق في آنية ثم نضيف لها السكر ورشة الملح ونحركها ثم نضيف المرغرين الذائبة و 80 مل ماء الزهر و نفركها بأيدينا حتي يمتزج الخليط معنا نضعه في الثلاجة مع أحكام اغلاقه لمدة لا تقل عن 12 ساعة أو ليلة كاملة.
- في هذه الأثناء نقوم بتحضير القطر في طنجرة نضع السكر والماء وشريحة الليمون ونتركه علي النار لمدة ربع ساعة وعندما يبرد نضيف له ملعقة كبيرة ماء الزهر و نتركه جانبا.
- بعد مرور 12 ساعة نأتي بالخليط و نحركه لينفتح معنا ثم نأتي بكأس فيه 120 مل ماء و 120 مل ماء الزهر ممزوجين مع بعضهم و نرش به الخليط مع التحريك باليد حتي نكمل كامل الكمية ثم نأتي بالصينية مدهونة بالمرغرين و نسكب الخليط فيها و نأتي بملعقة و نسوي السطح و بالسكين نعمل خطوط علي الوجه و نضع حبات اللوز و حبات من الفول السوداني و ندخلها الفرن لمدة 45 دقيقة حتي تتحمر علي الأطراف.
- ثم نحمرها من الفوق ثم نخرجها و نسكب عليها القطر البارد وهي ساخنة و نتركها لتتشرب لمدة لا تقل عن 6 ساعات و بعدها تقدم.
