  4. نجيب السينية تاعي او المول وندهنو بالسمن او الزبدة دايبة ونفرش نصف كمية السميد ثم نملس الوجه فقط دون ضغط او دعك ونضيف الكاوكاو مطحون اولا ثم نرش الكاكاو ثانيا.
  5. نغطي الحشو باضافة السميد من لفوق وما نخليش فراغات ونملس مرة اخرى الوجه دون دعك ثم نطراسيه ونشكل خطوط بالموس اي السكين ونحط كاوكاو في وسط كل مربع وندهن الوجه بالزبدة.
  6. ندخل قلب اللوز للفرن مسخن مسبقا في درجة متوسطة من لتحت فقط مدة 30الى 40 دقيقة حتى يتحمر في الاطراف.
  7. نطفي ونشعل من لفوق حتى ياخد اللون الذهبي نخرجه و نشربه بالشاربات باردة وهو سخون ونخليه يتشرب مدة 6 ساعات ثم نقطعه..
