3. نضع الهيل و القرنفل و ورق الغار و نحركها مع الزيت و البصل جيدا حتى تصبح رائحتها قوية.
4. نضع قطع الدجاج و نقلبها مع البصل و التوابل حتى تأخذ رائحة التوابل ثم نضيف الملح و البهار.
5. نضع الماء و نغطي الطنجرة مدة ٢٠ دقيقة تقريبا او حتى تنضج الدجاجة.
6. ننشل قطع الدجاج و نتركها في المصفاة و نصفي مرقة الدجاج.
7. في قدر اخر نصب المرقة و نترك قليلا من المرقة في طنجرة الضغط و نضيف الملوخية و نحركها قليلا.
8. نضيف المرقة بالتدريج حتى نصل للقوام المطلوب ثم نتركها قليلا لتنضج.
9. في مقلاة نضع الثوم و نحمره ثم نضيفه للملوخية.
10. تحمر قطع الدجاج أو تقلى حسب الرغبة و يقدم مع الارز و الملوخية.
