- نخلط الكل جيدا.

- نغلف الإناء بواسطة غلاف بلاستيكي و نترك الخليط يرتاح في الثلاجة لمدة 30 دقيقة.
- بعدم يرتاح الخليط نخلطه قليلا.
- نسخن المقلاة قليلا وندهنها بقليل من الزبدة و نضيف بعضا من الخليط إلى المقلاة و نضع الكريب يطهى على نار هادئة لمدة 3 دقائق أو أكثر حتى نرى أنها إكتسبت اللون البني الذهبي و ذلك حسب شدة حرارة النار و عندما نقلبه على الجهة الثانية نتركه يطهى عليها لوقت قصير..
- و نطلي الكريب بالشكولاطة نشكله على المقلاة و هو ساخن.

- و نزينه في الأخير بواسطة شكولاطة ذائبة أو بالفاكهة كالموز أو الفراولة وطبعا يبقى التزيين إختياري و بالصحة و العافية.
