  5. ناخد المول ندهن بي المرغرين و ندير فيه كمية من العجينة ونعدلها غير بي الأصابع ثم ندير كمية الكاوكاو ونرش فوقه شكلاطة الحليب ونديرو الطبقة الثانيةونعدلها دون الضغط عليها وندخلها لفرن مسخن مسبقا ولما نشوفوها تحمرت على الأطراف نطفي من التحت ونشعل من الفوق ولما تاخد اللون الوردي نخرجها وندهن الوجه بي الزبدة ونقطع الحبات حتى التحت ونعود ندخل للفرن لاكتساب اللون الأحمر ثم نخرجو ونسقيه مباشرة بي الشربات تكون باردة ويبات ليلة كاملة باش يتشرب والغد نقدموه بصحة والعافية.
