  2. بعد ذلك نرش بالتدريج ماء الزهر ونخلطه بالاصابع مدة عشر دقائق حتى يذوب السكر وتخرج سوائل ونقدر نجمعه كرية في يدي ندهن الصينية بالزيت ونفرغ الخليط وبواسطة ملعقة نسوي سطح قلب اللوز ثم نقطعها مربعات ونزيينها حسب الرغبة وندخلها للفرن يكون ساخن مسبقا نشعل من التحت وكي تحمر من الجوانب نشعل من الفوق.
  3. نحضر الشربات نخلط السكر والماء ونضعهاعلى النار عند الغليان نضيف شريحة الليمون ونحسب 10 دقيقة ونطفئه ونضيف له ربع كوب ماء الزهر عندنا تطهى الشامية نسقيها بالشربات تكون باردة وبالتدريج ثم نرجعها للفرن يكون مطفي بعد ذلك نسقيها مرة اخرى ونتركها تشرب ليلة كاملة وبالصحة والهنا.
