- نحمي الفرن على 150 درجة حرارة فقط وندخل التشيز كيك لمدة نصف ساعه فقط ثم نطفئ النار وندع باب الفرن مفتوح عشر دقائق ثم نخرج القوالب وندعها تبرد ثم توضع في الثلاجة أقل شي أربع ساعات ثم تزين بقليل من قطع شكولا.
- نخرج قطع التشيز من القوالب الورقية ونذوب 100 غرام شكولا ونضعها في كيس ونرسم خطوط فوق التشيز كيك.
