- نقصقص البروكلي... نقرّب كثير من الزهرة نفسها ونتخلص من الفروع.
- في قدر ثاني أجيب البصل والثوم واشوحه مع الزيت حتى يذبل ، وأحط بعدها البروكلي وأجلس أقلبه حتى تحسون طلعت ريحته🤤.
- أصب عليه الماء وأغطيه 10 دقائق وأقلبه من وقت لآخر.
- بعدها أخلطهم وأرجعه على النار مرة ثانية.
- أضيف عليه صدر الدجاج اللي فرمته ومعلقتين حليب بودرة محمصة(تقدرين تحطينها بعد ما تحمصينها) وشوي كريمة طبخ وبهارات وملح وأقلبهم دقائق شوي وأطفي عليه النار.
- يزيّن الوجه بالتوست المحمص والكزبرة ويتقدّم مع الليمون وبالعافية.
