- في طنجره نضع قليل من الزيت والمرغرين ونرحي البصل ونضيف دجاج ونضع ورق الغار والتوابل ونتركهم يتغلو جيداً ثم نضيف الماء ونضيف الحمص واللفت ونتركهم حتى ينضج الدجاج ومن ثم نأخذ القليل من المرق ونتركه يبرد.
- نحضر الرشته اولا ندهنها بالزيت وكذلك الكسكاس ندهنه بالزيت ونتركها تفور لاول مره.
- ثم نفرغها في القصعه ونبللها بالمرق ولما تنشف نرجعا تفور للمره الثانيه.
- ثم نفرغها في القصعه ونكرر العمليه ولكن قبل منضعها تفور هذي المره نضيف لها الملح والقليل من الزبده ونفورها.
- عند التقديم نسقيها ونزينها بالبيض.
