- نخليها طيب و من جهة اخرى نكون فتلت البركوكش(نهار ندير الطريقة تاع فتيل البركوكش) و نحط يفور مرتين و و بعد ما يطيب (يستوي) نفتحوا مليح و نحطوا في الصحن و من جهة اخرى تكون لصوص حضرت انا نضيف ليها القليل من حليب بور مخلط مع حليب الشكارى.
- نخليها على النار شوية مع التحريك و نطفي عليها و يكون وجد البركوكش.
