- ضعى طنجرة بكسكاس وضعى فيها ماء الى النصف ثم ابدائي في عما الرشدة بماكينه.
- وتحل الرشدة بدقيق وضعى الرشدة في غربال لأزالة الدقيق الزائد ثم ظعيها في الكسكاس لمدة دقيقتين ثم اخرجيها وضعيةغيرها وهكدا الى ان ينتهى العجين.
- تاخدى طنجرة ضعيهاعلى النار وضعي فيها زيت الى ان يسخن ثم ضيفي نص بصلة مقطعة رقيق الى ان تذبل ثم باقي المكونات اتركيهم قليلا ثم ضيفي لتر ما.
- وعند غليها ضعى الكسكاس وضعى فيه الحمص وفوقه البصل مقطع اجنحه وغطيها الى ان يذبل البصل وينظج الحمص.
- تاخدى طنجرة اخرى وتضعى فيها زيت وقليل جداً من معجون الطماطم ثم البصل والحمص وضيفى عليهم كوب من صالصة وتتركيها لمدة ٥ دقائق على نار فقط ثم ضيفي رشه القرفه.
- تاخدي الرشدة وضيفي لها قليل من صالصه اليصله بدون بصله ومن صالصه اللحم و حركيها جيداً الى تن يتجانس لونها.
- تكون صالصة اللحم زدات سمك ونضجت اللحمة ضعي الرشده في صحن ثم اللحم في وسط الصحن ثم صالصة البصلة ثم القليل من صالصة اللحم ثم رشة قرفة.
