- ثم لما تختمر نهبط لها الالتخمر و نخليها تختمر مرة ثانية، ثم نرش طويلة العمل بالفرينة و نبدأ نحل العجينة باليدين فقط ثم نقطعها كما في الصورة.
- و ندرها على شكل كريات صغار ثم نحلها باليد صم نضع قطعة من الزبدة ثم نحيها على 2 كما في الصورة.
- و نبدأ نلويها و ندرها على شكل حربوش ثم نلم الحربوش كما في الصورة على شكل عقدة، و ندير صفار بيضة و ندير كاوكاو (فول سوداني) مطحون و نخليها تختمر و نديرها في الفرن.
- ثم نخليها تطيب اي تستوي من الجهتين و نشر عليها سكر ناعم و نقدم في صحن تقديم ، و الله كان خفيف رشة.
