5. اخر خطوه نذوب الجلاكسي ونضيف له علبة قشطه ونوزعه كطبقه اخيره عالتشيز كيك وندخله الثلاجه لمدة ساعتين ويقدم بالهنا والعافيه (انا استخدمت النوتيلا بدل الجلاكسي لانه ما كان متوفر معي).
