- لما يطيب الدجاج والقديد والخضار نحيهم و نحط البركوكس في المرق مع حبة فلفل اخضر ونخليه يغلي قليلا حتى يطيب ويخثار المرق نطفي عليه ونقدمه مع الخضر والدجاج والقديد.
