- نضع التمر ونمده فوق العجين بدون ان يلامس الأطراف ثم نبرش فوقه العجينه المتبقيه على كل التمر وندخله لفرن حار من تحت على تتحمر ثم نحمره من فوق ونقطعها وهي ساخنه ويقدم مع القهوه وبالعافيه.
