- نخلط السمنه والزيت والسكر جيداً حتى يصبح كريمي.
- نضيف البيض تلو بعضه ونخلط جيداً مع الفانيليا وبشر الليمون.
- نضيف الخل ثم جوز الهند.ونخلط المكونات....
- نضع الحليب والبايكينغ باودر ورشة ملح على الطحين ونقلبه.
- نضع الطحين على الخليط السابق حتى تتكون عجينة متجانسة لينه.
- نقسم العجينة ثلث وثلثين.ندهن الصينية بالطحينة جيداً.
- نفرد ثلثي العجينه في الصينية ونسويها جيداً نخلط المربى بملعقة قرفة ونفردها على العجينة حتى تغطيها.
- نضيف شوية طحين لباقي العجينه ونعجنها ثم نبشرها فوق المربى حتى نغطي كل المربى.
- ندخلها الفرن متوسط الحرارة.حتى تنضج... نرى احمرار الجوانب....
- نحمر الوجه ونتركها تبرد ونقطعها مربعات....
- تقدم مع الشاي والقهوة وصحتين.
