- نفرد القسم الاكبر في صينيه الفرن متوسطة الحجم بسماكة نصف سم ونرفع الاطراف قليلا فقط.
- نثقبها بالشوكة كي لاتنتفخ كثيرا اثناء خبزها.
- ثم نوزع المربى على وجهها.
- نوزعها على كافة سطح العجينة.
- ثم نضيف 3 ملاعق كبار طحين للقسم الباقي من العجين ونبرشه فوق المربى.
- ثم تدخل الفرن الحامي والنار تحت فقط حتى تتحمر قاعدتها واطرافها ثم تحمر من الاعلى قليلا.
