- نحضر المرق : في قدر نضع الدجاج نضيف ملح فلفل أسود بصل مفروم قطعة زبدة كأس ماء نحطها على النار حتى يتقلى البصل جيداً وينشف نمرق بماء ساخن قيمة ما يتغطي الدجاج ونخليه حتى يطيب (يستوي) جيداً نصفي المرق ونرمي حبات الكفتة حتى تستوي مليح نحي الدجاج نحمرو ونقدمو مع حبات الكفتة وشوي معدنوس (بقدونس) من فوق وليمون.
