1. بسم الله الرحمان الرحيم نبدأ،في وعاء كبير نحط الفرينة وكل النواشف،ثم نضيف البيضةوالياغورت مسوس ونبل الكل بالحليب (نصف كأس) ونخلط المكونات مع بعضها البعض حتى نتحصل على عجينة متماسكة لي نزيدلها كمية الزبدة الطرية ندخلها مليح في العجين حتى تتشربها،ثم نترك العجين يرتاح في مكان دافئ ونغطيه ببلاستيك..
2. في هاد الحين نرجع للكريمة لي حطيت مقاديرها فوق ولي نخلطو كل المقادير في الحليب بارد في بارد ثم نحطها على النار ونخلط باستمرار باه ماطيبلناش البيضة حتى تختارالكريمةونطفي عليها.اما أنا فاستعملت الكريمة الواجدة"vanoise" مع الحليب بذوق ڤنيلا..
3. بعدما طلعت العجينة نكورها إلى دوائر متوسطة الحجم وكل دائرة نبسطها في الصينية بها ورق الطهي،بواسطة كأس بالضغط وهكذاحتى نكمل لعجينة ،ندهنوجوانب كل بريوشة بصفار بيض مع قليل من القهوة،ونعمروالثقب لي عملناه في العجين بكريمة الباتيسيار وندخلهم الفرن مسخن مسبقاً على200درج.حتى يطيبو.
4. لما نخرجهم ندهنهم بالمعجون ،التزيين إختياري،ندهن الكأس لي ضغطنا بيه العجين باه شكلناها بالفرينة باه ماتلسقش.وشهية طيبة 😍🤗.
