- نضع البيض والسكر والفانيليا في العجانه تم نخفق جيدا.
- وبعدها نضع المرجرين المذاب على الطحين والباكم باودر والزيت ونخلطهن جيدا.
- تم نضف الطحين والزيت والمرجرين على خليط البيض والحليب الناشف على الخليط والبن ونخلط بستمرار عندما تتكون عندنا عجينه لينه وقليل من الماء الفاتر.
- وبعد ان تصبح العجينه جاهزه نشيل ربع العجينه على الجانب ونفرد العجينه الباقيه في صنيه مدهونه بالزيت نرقها جيدا في الصنيه.
- وبعدها نضع الططله التوت فوق العجينه وندهنها جيدا.
- وبعدها ناخد العجينه الباقيه ونبرشها فوق الططله على جميع النواحي.
- بعدها ندخلها الفرن لمده ثلت ساعه ونضعها من فوق قليلا لتصبح لونها ذهبي ونشيلها لتبرد على درجه حراره 180 وبعد ان تبرد نقطها ونزينها.
- هاكذا بالمربى التوت والف صحه وهنا مني انا ام ادم.
