- افخاذ الدجاج نضع عليهم التتبيلة وفي الفرن حتى يتحمرو من الجهتين...
- نضع في مقلاة قليل من الزيت والجزر والفليفلة والذرة والبازيلاء وقليل من مرق الدجاج حتى ينشفو ويستوو.
- نسكب الفريكة في وعاء التقديم ونضع الزينة عليها ونحمر اللوز والجوز ونضعهم عليها وصحة وهنا...
