1. نجهز المكونات.
2. نكشن البصل والفلفل البارد والثوم ثم اضيف اللحمة وعصير الطماطم والصلصة والبهارات واحمسهم عدل ثم اضيف ماء حار واتركة على نار هادية لما تستوي اللحمة.
3. بعد ماتستوي اللحمة اضيف الخضار اول شي الجزر والبزلاء والبطاطس لمدة ٥ دقائق ثم الكوسة ثم الباذنجان والقرع والفلفل البارد وعلى نار هادية لحد ماتستوي الخضار وتتسبك.
4. كشنة المسمنة عبارة عن شوية زيت وزبدة واكشن البصل لما يبداء يدبل اضيف بهارات المسمنة ملعقتين كبار الى ٣ حسب الرغبة وشوية ليمون اسود ناعم.
   
5. اطلع الخضار الكبيرة من القدر واللحمة للتزين.
6. أخيرًا نعمل طبقات قرصان مسمنة وبعدها الخضار عملتها طبقتين وندخلها الفرن ٥ دقائق على درجة حرارة ٢٤٠ وبالعافية.
