- تخلط البيض مع الخل والملح والسكر والخميره الفوريه وكوبين من الماء جيداً ثم يضاف الدقيق والماء تدريجيا حتى تنتهي الكميه تخلط جيداً وتترك ربع ساعة تختمر.
- ثم يوضع ضاج أو طاوه على النار وتمسح بوسطه منديل مبلول بالزيت وتترك حتى تسخن يصب فيها خليط العجين في وسط الصاج وتترك على نار متوسطه.
- حتى تحمر وتطلع كل الفقاعات الذي فيها ويتغير لونها ثم تقلب على الوجه الاخر يحمر قليلا ثم ترفع عن النار وهكذا حتى تنتهي الكميه.
- اول قرص بيكون لونه اصفر والاقراص الذي بعده بيكون لونها أحمر بإذن الله فقط امسحى الصاج في كل مرره بالمنديل ولا تحطي زيت في كل مرره فقط منديل مغموس في الزيت مره وحده فقط يكفي.
- عدد الأقراص 14 قرص وكمية العجين بعد العجن حوالي لترين.
- تقدم مع السمن و العسل أو الجبنة السائله أو النوتيلا كفطور صحي ويمكن استخدام اي نوع من انواع الدقيق في هذه الوصفه والف صحة وعافيه.
