- ناخذ البصل والثوم ونضعهم على النار ونحركهم ثم نضع اللحم عليه.
- نضيف الماء والبهارات والخضار المشكلة.
- نضع الصلصة والفلفل الحار ونضع ماء حار ونغطي القدر لمدة ساعة ثم نضيف القرصان.
- نضع القرصان بعد تكسيرها في المرق وعلى نار هادية لمدة ٢٠دقيقة ثم نضع خلطة البصل بعد ذبلانها في الزيت ،،،لمدة ١٠دقايق مع التحريك وممكن اضافة الماء ليكون في قليل من المرق.
- تحضر في صحن التقديم ثم يرش بودرة الليمون ثم نضع السمنة وتقدم ساخنة وبالهناء والعافية.
