3. منطلع حبات البندوره ومنقشرها ومنقشر الفليفله وبحطن بلخلاط مع المي والزيت يلي نزل من البندوره بضيف عليهم ملعقه صغيره ملح وملعقه شطه وملعقه صغيره دبس الرمان وبخفقن شوي ضربات متقطعه منشان ماينهرسو كتير.
4. بطلع الكباب من الفرن وبحط بجاط فرن كميه من البندوره وبصف عليها سياخ الكباب وبدخلها فرن شوي ياخدو الطعمه.
