- نضع مقلاة نضع ملعقه زبده تذوب نضيف صدر دجاج ثم بذنحان وكورجات وزيتون حتى ينضجو نظع ، حبه بصل وطماطم وملعقه معجون طماطم في خلاط نضيف كاس من ماء نخلط جيداً ثم نضع خليط على لحم وبذنجان وكرجات ثم ندعهم 4دق نضيف توابل نطفىء نار.
- نضع بطاطافي إناء معه ملح ،ملعقه من فرماج (جبنة) اي نوع موجود، كركم نخلطهم جيداً ثم على صينيه فرن التي كنا دهنها قبل نفرشها بي بطاطا مهروسه ثم نضع خليط ثم نضع شرائح بيض و نبشر على طبق فرماج (جبنة) شيدره نضعه في فرن درجه حراره 180مده 5دق من تحت من فوق 10 حتى يذوب فرماج (جبنة) بصحه وعافيه 👩🏻🍳🤲🏻💗.
