- ونطحن الخليط ثم نضيفه للفول ونتركه يكمل استوائه لمدة نصف ساعة أخري بدون غلق علي نار هادئة عند الاستواء نضيف للمرق ملعقة طحين لجعل قوامه ثقيل ونطفئ عليه بعد خمسة دقائق ويقدم والف صحة وعافية.
