- نقطع الزهره و نسلقها في قدر فيه ماء فقط... وعند غليان الماء نتركهه عشر دقائق ع نار هادئه.
- نصفي الزهره من الماء ونقليها.
- ننقع الرز في ماء لمده ربع ساعه ثم نغسله.
- وفي قدر ضغط نحط الدجاج ونضع ماء لحد ما الماء يغطي الدجاجه ونحط ٤ حبات هيل + عودين قرفه + كمون + فلفل اسود +بهارات مشكله ونضغطه لحد ما تصفر الصفاره نحسب له عشر دقايق ع نار هادئه.
- بعدين نشيل الدجاج من الماء ونتركه خارجاً قليلاً... وفي ماء الدجاج (المرقه) نضيف علبتين صلصه + الزهره ونتركها ع نار هادئه حتى تفور.
- نضع في قدر ضغط زيت ونضع الرز ونضع ماء لحد ما يغطي الرز ثم نضع البهارات (هيل ، قرنفل ، قرفه ،ملح مليزي ، كمون ، بهارات مشكله ، فلفل اسود ، فلفل احمر)ونضغطه لحد ما يصفر نحسب له عشر دقايق.
- نضع الدجاجه في الفرن وندهنها زيت ونضع ليمون او حمض ليمون و كمون و بهارات مشكله وسماق ونحمر الدجاحه من فوق فقط.
