  3. في صحن نقطع رية والكبدة والقلب والمسارن والحشيش ونضع الحمص وتوابل وبصلة وطماطم مصبرة والارز وطحال نخلط الكل مع بعض.
  4. نحكم الكرشة نقطعها ونخيطها ثم نقلبها ونخلي فتحة نعمرها بالحشو مع المسران الكبير ونخيطها.
  5. في قدرة نضع زيت بصلة وزوائد الكرشة مع رية وكبدة وشوية مسارن وحمص وطماطم وتوابل نقلي كلش مع بعض.
  6. ثم نحط المسران والعصبانات يتقلاو ثم نمرق بماء ساخن ونتركها طيب على غرضها.
