  3. نحضر الحشو:نطيب الروز في الماء والملح نص طياب ونضيفلو كل المقادير ونعمر بيه الأكياس ونخيط الفتحة ثم نديرلها ثقوب بالسكين..
  4. نحضر الصوص: في قدر نسكرفج حبة البصل ونقيلها مع الثوم وبعدها نسكرفج الطماطم ونضيف الطماطم المصبرة مع التوابل ونمرق نصف القدر ونضيف الكرشة المقطعة والرية والحمص المنقوع وبعدها نضيف أكياس الكرشة ونخليها طيب تمام حتى تتجمر مع المرق ونديرولها الحشيش (القصبر من الفوق).
