- في الخلاط الكهربائي نضع الزبده اللينه مع السكر و نخلط حتى يفتح لون من اصفر الى ابيض.
- نضيف البيض و الفانيليا و نخلط.
- نضيف الطحين و نخلط حتى يتجانس فقط و يتماسك يجب عدم خلطه لمده طويله.
- نضع الخليط في الثلاجه لمده نص ساعه بعد أن يبرد العجينه نضع في الاله البتيفور و نشكل حسب الأشكال الذي تردونها.
- ممكن اضافه الأوان طعام الى العجينه.
- في الفرن محمى درجه حراره ١٨٠ درحه مئوية مده ١٠ دقائق.
