- هنضرب الزبده كويس بالعجان او المضرب الكهربائي لحد ما تبق كريمي وبعدين احط السكر البودرة هفضل اضرب فيها لحد ما تبق كريمي ولونها يفتح وحجمها يتضاعف وبعدين هبدا انزل بيضه لحد ما تختفى وانزل بالتانيه لحد ما يخلصو.. ولما الخليط يكون معتش اتمزج كويس معلش موجود لا دقيق ولا سكر توقفى ضرب لان البيتي فور مش بيحتاج عجن.
- وبعدين هتحطيهم اما في كيس حلوانى او ماكينه البيتي فور وتعمليه الاشكال ال حباها في الصينيه وتدخل فرن درجه 170 ساخن ومش بتأخذ وقت خالص ربع ساعة ل ثلث ساعة بس تشوفيه لو اخد لون ذهبي من تحت تطلعيه لما يستوي بتسيحى الشوكولاته على حمام مائى.
- وبعدين لما البيتي فور يبرد تحطى مربى في النصف وبعدين هتحطى البيتي فور التانيه وبعدين هتنزلى جزء في الشوكولاته وبعدين في اي تزين تحبيه وتسيبه على ورق الزبده.. قبل ما تحتفظى بيه في علب محكمه الغلق وبس بالهنا...
