- نقسم العجينة الى ثلاث أقسام قسم نضيف الية جوز الهند ويعجن جيدا ويشكل على شكل كرات وتدحرج على بياض البيض ثم جوز الهند ايضا وتصف على صنية الفرن فوق ورق الزبدة والقسم الثاني يخلط مع الفول السوداني المبروش او الفستق الحلبي او السمسم ويشكل كما ترغبين وتدحرج على الفول السوداني بعد غمسها ببياض البيض والقسم الثالث يشكل على شكل هلال.
- يغمس بالشوكولاته وترسم عليه الرسمات التي ترغبين بها.
