- بعد ميتسلق الخضروات وتبرد نضربهم ف الخلاط كويس ونرجعهم تانى على نار هاديه ونزود مياه سخنه لحد منوصل للقوام المطلوب خفيف او تقيل.
- لعمل الطشه نقطع البصله صغير جدا ونهرس التوم كويس.
- فى مقلاه ع نار نحمر البصله فى زيت مع معلقه صغيره سمنه بلدى او زبده.
- اما تصفر البصله نضيف لسان العصفور واول م تصفر نضيف التوم المهروس يتحمر ومعاه التوابل.
- اما تتحمر المكونات نضيفها على العدس ونقلب ونطفى النار.
- لسان العصفور هيستوى من سخونه العدس وف نفس الوقت مش هيكون معجن او نافش بزياده.
- للعيش المحمص انا استخدمت سبرينج رولز قطعتها مربعات.
- وحمرت توم مهروس مع نص كوب زيت واما اتحمر ضيفت عليه معلقه خل ودهنت بيه مربعات السبرنج رولز ودخلتها الفرن تتحمص.
