1. نقوم بتجهيز حشو الكبه نضع الزيت او الزبدة والبصله المفرومه حتى تذبل ثم نضيف اللحم والملح والفلفل والبهارات المشكله.
2. نقوم بتشكيل حبات الكبه وحشوها بحيث تكون الحبه صغيرة والعجين سميك قليلا (لكي لا يفرط في اللبن).
3. نقوم بعجن عجينه الشيش برك نضع الطحين ووالملح ونرش الزيت ونحرك قليلا ثم نضيف الماء تدريجيا حتى تتماسك العجينه ويجب ان تكون متماسكه جيداً.
4. نجهز حشو الشيش برك نضع الزيت او الزبدة ونضيف البصل المفروم حتى يذبل ثم نضيف اللحم والبهارات والكزبرة المفرومه ناعم حتى نضج اللحم.
5. نشكل حبات الشيش برك.
6. نجهز اللبن نضع اللبن والنشاء والبيضه والماء ونخلطها جيداً بخلاط كهربائي ثم ننقلها للطنجرة ونستمر بالتحريك على نار متوسطه حتى يغلي اللبن بشكل جيد نضيف الملح ونبدأ بوضع حبات الكبه اولا مع التحريك بلطف حتى لا تلتصق وننتظر ٥ دقائق ثم نضيف حبات الشيش برك ونحرك بلطف حتى تنضج.
