  1. ننضف السمك و نفتح البطن و نعمل فتحات في ضهر السمك على الجنبين.
  2. نتبل السمك بوضع خليط الثوم و الخل و نصف الملح و نصف الكمون و نضعه في البطن و الفتحات الموجوده بالضهر.
  3. نقطع البصل و الفلفل و الطماطم شرائح و نضعها في بطن السمك و الباقي منها هنضيفه حول السمك في الصينيه.
  4. نقطع ليمونتين شرائح و نضعها في الفتحات الموجوده على الضهر مع شرائح الزنجبيل.
  5. نضع السمك في الصينيه المغلفه بورق الألومنيوم و نرص الباقي من الخضار حول السمك.
  6. ننزل على السمك بالزيت ثم نعصر عليه ليمونه و نرش عليه باقي الملح و الكمون و الفلفل الاسمر.
  7. نضيف عليهم الكزبره و البقدونس المقطعين و نغطي الصينيه و نتركها تتبل مش اقل من ساعتين.
  8. قبل ما ندخلها الفرن نزود ربع كوب الماء و تدخل الفرن متغطية على ارضيه الفرن لحد ما تتشرب المياه.
  9. نشيل الغطا و نحطها تحت الشوايه تأخذ لون.
  10. تقدم مع ارز صيادية و سلطة طحينة و سلطة خضراء.
