3. نصفي الشفلور (القرنبيط) بعد ما يطيب (يستوي) ونغطس بالحبة في الخلطة ونقليه كامل الحبات الشفلور (القرنبيط).
4. ثم نحط الشفلور (القرنبيط) في مول الفرن ونحي دجاج نخليه على جنب ونفرغ الصوص على الشفلور (القرنبيط) وندخلو للفرن يكمل طياب..
