  3. نفرد اول قطعة رغيف خفيف كبير ونرشه بمقدار كبير من الدقيق ونلفه مثل السندويشة ونقطعه مربعات صغيرة ونفرفده عن بعض ونرش دقيق بصينية كبيرة نضع العجين المقطع إلى نفاذ العجين.
  4. نركز العدس نضيف الملح والحمض وشوي بصل وشوي كزبرة مفرومةوندق الثوم نضع نصفه ونصف الزيت تكون طعمها لذيذ جدا نضيف مربعات العجين تدريجيا مع التحريك حتى مايلزق ببعض إذا كان سميك نضيف ماء كاسة كاستين حسب الطلب ونركز الملح وتضيف نص ملعقة بهارات ٢فلفل حار يغلي العجين نص ساعة تقريبا ونطفي الغاز.
  5. ونضع باقي زيت الزيتون بارد ونحرك الطبخة نحمر البصل وتضيف الثوم المدقوق ونحمر الخبز ونسكب الطبخة بصدر كبير أو صحون وزينها بالبصل المحمر والكز برة والثوم والخبز المقلى حسب الزوق والف صحة إلى جانب صحن بصل أخضر وخضرة.
