  3. هتجيبي البن والنشا والسكر وتحركيهظ علي البارد.
  4. وتحطي علي النار وتفضلي تقلبي حتي الغليان..
  5. تضيفي عليه القشطه وماء الورد وتقبلي وهي مش علي النار.
  6. وبعدين تجيبي الصينيه الي هتعملي فيها الكنافه وتدهنيها بزيت وتحطي علها طبقه من الكنافه وتطغطيها كويس جدا جدا وبعدين تحطي عليها القشطه وهي سخنه وتحطه الطبقه التانيه من الكنافه وتتغطي عليها براحه لحد اما الكنافه تتماسك مع بعضها.
  7. اول متتماسك الكنافه مع بعضها حطيها في الفرن علي درجه حراره 200 لمده 40 دقيقه.
  8. الشربات.
  9. تحطي السكر وعليه الماء والنص لمونه علي النار وتحركيهم وتسيبيهم علي النار لمده من 10 ل 15دقيقه.
  10. تسبيه يبرد علي اما الكنافه تطلع من الفرن.
  11. واول م الكنافه تطلع من الفرن تحطي صنيه وتقلبيها من الصنيع الي الكنافه استوت فيها وبعدين تسقيها بالشربات الي انتي عملتيه و انا زينتها بالفسدق العزيز اختياري.
