- وعند نضجها نطفئ الغاز ونضيف الكزبرة الخضراء وقليل من زيت الزيتون نسكبها في وعاء وعندما يجف السطح نبدأ بالتزيين بالبصل والخبز المقلي والكزبرة المقلية و الرمان وتؤكل لا ساخنة ولا باردة.
