- في مقلاه نضع زيت ونقلي باقي العجين ليتحمر نشيله ثم نضع البصل ونحمره جيدا ثم نشيله ونضعه جانبا..
- في مقلاه نضع زيت الزيتون والتوم والكزبره نقلبهم قليلا ثم نضع الخليط فوق العدس مع الاحتفاظ بقليل من الخلطه لتزيين..
- في طبق التقديم نضع العدس ثم الخبز المحمص ونزينه بالبصل والكزبره..
