- ثم نضعها في وسط الفرن ونحركها كل ٥ دقائق حتى تتحمر الاطراف.
- نعمل شيره وبنثقلها.
- نقوم بخراجها وقلبها في سدر اكبر ونشربها ونزينها وصحه وهناء.
