  1. نجهز القطر اولا. نضع عالنار الماء ونضيف السكر ونحركهم حتى يذوب السكر وتبدا بالغليان نخفف النار..ونضيف عصير الليمون ونقلبهم..مده ٧ د حتى نحصل عامزيج كثيف.. ونتركه جانبااا حتى يتم تجهيز الكنافه نفرد الكنافه و نفكها عن بعضها..مع اضافه السكر الناعم اليها وبعدها نضيف لها السمنه.. مع ملعقه ص ماء الورد..و نفركها بأيدينا حتى تتشرب السمنه..وتنفرد.
  2. ونقسمها قسمين متساويين... نمسح ملعقه سمنه اسفل الصنيه ونمد القسم الاول..ونضغط عليه باليد تماما ونضيف القشطه فوق القسم الاول... بحيث تكون بعيده عن طرف الصنيه مقدار نص سم عالداير..حتى لاتحترق اثناء الشوي ونمد باقي الكنافه فوق القشطه.. ونضغط عليها تماما وبقوة لتتماسك مع بعض... ونضع على الوجه تقرببا ملعقه سمنه ونمسحها وندخلها للفرن المحمى درجه 180 عالرف الاوسط..لمده 30د من الجهه السفلى..فقط.
  3. ونتركها حتى نشاهد الاطراف بدات تتحمر عالداير نطفى من الجهه السفلى ونشغل الفرن من الجهه العليا تقريبا بين ٧ _10د حتى نراها بدات تتحمر.. نخرجها من الفرن..ونضيف لها مباشره وهي ساخنه القطر ((موبارد ولاسخن بحراره الغرفه)) عاوجهها ونتركها حتى تبرد تماما ونغطي وجهها بفوطه حتى تم طريه وبعدها نقطعها ونقدمها وتزيين ب المكسرات..وتقدم وتقطع بالهنااا...
